Position Summary

We are seeking a Talent Attraction and Recruiting Supervisor to enhance our Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment processes to ensure effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of candidates across all business sectors.
  • Support compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of hiring activities.
Essential Duties:
  • Manage candidate selection and placement processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop employment branding strategies based on market analysis.
  • Monitor applicant flow and recruitment costs, providing insights for performance improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while driving EEO and AA initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports to foster skill development and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Evaluate vendor requests and maintain relationships with approved labor vendors.
  • Communicate project objectives and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Promote a positive work environment by aligning team goals with company objectives.
  • Assist in managing the annual department budget to meet financial targets.
  • Represent the company at community and business meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years in human resources or a related field.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in the designated location without relocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
