Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Talent Attraction and Recruiting Supervisor to enhance our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Attraction & Recruiting Supervisor, your role will include:

  • Candidate Oversight: Direct the selection and placement processes for both internal and external candidates, ensuring effective methods yield high-quality talent.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop employment branding strategies and hiring plans based on comprehensive market analysis.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on applicant flow, recruitment costs, and overall function performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, driving initiatives that promote equal opportunity and affirmative action.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor direct reports, fostering skill development and achieving departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate labor vendor requests and maintain relationships with approved vendors to support hiring needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead various projects, communicating objectives and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Oversee the quality of service provided by the department, ensuring high productivity and team engagement.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and monitoring the annual department budget, applying lean principles to optimize resources.
  • Community Representation: Act as a representative at community and business meetings, promoting programs and policies.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a closely related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Current eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work without relocation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in recruitment and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
