Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Supervisor to enhance our Human Resources Team.

In this role, you will:

Oversee the implementation of hiring processes to ensure effective sourcing, assessment, and selection methods that yield qualified candidates across all business sectors. Ensure adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs policies and Affirmative Action plans. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Oversight: Manage the selection and placement processes for both internal and external candidates to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement employment branding strategies, utilizing market and competitive data to align with corporate objectives. Work closely with leadership to anticipate labor needs and strategize recruiting efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on applicant flow, recruitment costs, and requisition status to enhance function performance and inform necessary improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations at all levels. Drive initiatives related to EEO, OFCCP, and AA, ensuring that high-quality candidates are recruited while maintaining compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor direct reports, fostering skill development and achieving departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate labor vendor requests and collaborate with purchasing to establish vendor relationships and purchase orders.
  • Project Leadership: Lead various programs and projects, effectively communicating objectives and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Customer Service Quality: Supervise the quality of service provided by the department, monitoring productivity to enhance performance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the annual department budget, applying lean principles to optimize resources.
  • Community Representation: Represent the company at community and business meetings, promoting programs and policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Education Equivalency: Associate Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience OR high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in human resources, business, or a closely related field
  • 2 years of supervisory experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in the designated location without relocation

  • Bilingual in Spanish
