Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Attraction and Recruiting Supervisor to oversee our Human Resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Oversight: Manage the selection and placement processes for both internal and external candidates, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective employment branding and recruitment strategies based on market insights.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on applicant flow and recruitment costs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, driving initiatives related to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, fostering skill development and achieving departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate labor vendor requests and maintain relationships with approved vendors to support hiring needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead various projects, communicating objectives and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Oversee the quality of service provided by the department, ensuring high productivity and performance standards.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and monitoring the annual department budget, applying lean principles to optimize resources.
  • Community Representation: Represent the company at community and business meetings, promoting programs and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in human resources or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Additional Requirements: Must have the right to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to work in the designated location.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in planning and project management.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
