Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager to lead our Human Resources Team in Holland, MI.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager, your role will include:

  • Candidate Management: Overseeing the selection and placement processes for both internal and external candidates to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop employment branding strategies and hiring plans based on market insights.
  • Reporting: Monitoring applicant flow, recruitment costs, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations while driving initiatives related to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluating labor vendor requests and maintaining relationships with active vendors to support hiring needs.
  • Community Engagement: Representing the company at various community and business meetings to promote programs and policies.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in human resources or a closely related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Additional Requirements:
Must have the right to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with recruiting and applicant tracking systems, and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Skills:
Strong communication, planning, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and possess excellent customer service abilities.
