Client Relations Specialist

The Client Service Partner is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and achieving usage targets for designated accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for users within an established client base, concentrating on boosting user numbers, engagement levels, and contract renewals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Continuously assess account performance and devise strategies to enhance client engagement.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure optimal use of Penn Foster Inc. products, including onboarding new staff members.
- Assist clients in setting up alerts, dashboards, and other tools to improve their experience.
- Work collaboratively with Relationship Partners to create tailored strategies for each account and uncover further sales and growth prospects.
- Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the relevant market (e.g., educational institutions, corporate training) is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize client accounts and manage various projects effectively to achieve business goals.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Willingness to travel within the designated territory is required.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
2-4 years of proven success in sales or account management within a comparable business environment.
Prior experience in account management is preferred.
