Position Overview

You are a skilled administrative and marketing professional eager to advance your career in a dynamic field. Your background includes providing outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.

You demonstrate a proactive approach in all your endeavors. Your organizational skills are exceptional, and you possess a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes in your work. You maintain a customer-focused mindset and excel in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit strong planning and organizational capabilities, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure completion.
  • Utilize your experience in crafting and formatting presentations, analyses, and correspondence through Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to client teams, including coordinating client meetings, summarizing discussions with actionable items, and managing the distribution of client deliverables.
  • Demonstrate confidence in preparing content for clients by conducting research, developing surveys, and performing comparative analyses.
  • Assist the CEO and COO with business development initiatives, the creation of marketing materials, and general client delivery support.
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role within a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in advanced features of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Cerus, and other graphic design software.
  • Strong organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer service-oriented attitude, capable of engaging with diverse personality types.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in professional services or management consulting.
