Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role in establishing new client accounts, conducting initial reviews of customer invoices, and assessing relevant vendor invoices for network services. The CSM collaborates closely with IT Product/Services teams, Finance departments, clients, and vendors to ensure that the billing process for all IT Products and Services is executed accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and process intricate orders from Network Account Managers and other internal teams. Create and oversee all customer-facing documentation related to service orders, including support for mailbox services.
  2. Address and resolve vendor invoice disputes directly with service providers, coordinating with the Finance team for necessary credits.
  3. Facilitate and lead monthly reconciliation meetings concerning vendor invoices with Network Account Managers and relevant stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to initiate or terminate customer billing for network services and other IT products/services.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of new customer billing prior to final invoice issuance to prevent billing discrepancies.
  6. Review accounts receivable during monthly meetings, follow up with clients, and escalate issues to higher-level collections as required.
  7. Work collaboratively with potential clients and internal teams on contracts and service implementations.
  8. Assist in updating and revising catalogs for Government and Private Sector services as necessary.
  9. Support the onboarding process for new clients and services.
  10. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT products and services offered.

Qualifications:

Education: A two or four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in managing billing processes for IT Products/Services, including telecommunications and data exchange applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
