Position Overview
As a Client Services Coordinator, you are an administrative and marketing expert eager to advance your career in a dynamic sector. Your background includes providing outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational capabilities, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure completion.
  • Create and format presentations, conduct analyses, and prepare correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to client teams, including coordinating client meetings, summarizing discussions with actionable items, and managing the distribution of client deliverables.
  • Conduct research and prepare content for clients, including surveys and comparative analyses.
  • Assist the CEO and COO with business development, marketing material creation, and general client delivery support.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3 years of administrative or marketing experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in advanced functions of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Cerus, and other relevant graphic design software.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude, capable of interacting with diverse personality types.
Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field. Experience in professional services or management consulting is a plus.
