Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture customer relationships while ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Manage, review, and remarket client insurance policies
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients
  • Address inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy modifications, claims, and billing
  • Familiarize yourself with our products, services, and systems through agency training
  • Contribute to personal and agency goals through cross-selling and innovative initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory
  • Successful completion of a background check (with some exceptions as per DOI)
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in operational computing with a typing speed of 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Browsers)
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in independent work
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
