In this position, you will assist our national branches in selling manufactured components to both internal and external clients while delivering technical information and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a comprehensive hands-on training program.
  • Focus on personal development and career progression.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries from our established customer base regarding product details, pricing, order status, and delivery confirmations.
  • Secure and renew orders while coordinating delivery, collaborating closely with our manufacturing facilities.
  • Input orders and quotes, and conduct follow-ups in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Provide both technical and non-technical support to clients and staff regarding equipment operation and maintenance.

This is a salaried, non-commission role with full benefits and an excellent 401k plan.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
