Candidate Profile

We are seeking an administrative and marketing professional eager to advance their career in a dynamic sector. Your background includes providing outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.

You exhibit a proactive approach in all tasks, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Your customer service mindset thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational abilities, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, advanced PowerPoint) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create and format presentations, analyses, and correspondence.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to client teams, coordinating meetings, summarizing discussions with actionable items, and managing the distribution of deliverables.
  • Conduct research and prepare content for clients, including surveys and comparative analyses.
  • Assist the CEO and COO with business development initiatives, marketing material creation, and general client service support.
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role within a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in advanced features of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking capabilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude, adept at interacting with diverse personality types.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in professional services or management consulting.
