About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Manager to join our team at Amy Cell Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Gain a deep understanding of client business needs and technical requirements to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals and supporting documents
  • Convert proposals to contract and subsequent sales commitment
  • Coordinate project kick-off, introduction of delivery resources, and project tracking to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Meet or exceed sales goal targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • Network with industry organizations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
