Job Description

Logic20/20 Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and shape our business development strategy. As a key member of our team, you will cultivate key partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and spearhead growth initiatives for one of the largest utility companies on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and close business within an established book of business, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute conversion strategies, including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and other innovative methods to acquire new clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess experience working within the telecom, hi-tech, financial services, healthcare, or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Engage in a collaborative team sales approach with a range of practice leaders and members to drive business growth and achieve sales success.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: 4-8 years of experience in driving business growth, cultivating relationships, and achieving sales success within a consulting and/or solutions-based environment.
  • Client Acquisition Experience: Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships, with a strong understanding of conversion strategies and tactics.
  • Industry Experience: Utilities experience is highly preferred, but not required. Otherwise, must have experience working within the telecom, hi-tech, financial services, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant certifications and training in sales and business development.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Compensation: Target base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000, with uncapped commission and an OTE of $200,000 - $250,000.
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: Eligible employees may qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
