Client Relations Manager

Location: Camden, NJ or Warrenville, IL


The Client Relations Manager will be accountable for ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing contract implementation, and driving business development by promoting operational excellence and nurturing strong relationships with our clients.

This role is integral to the project management team and requires maintaining a highly collaborative relationship with the Company project manager(s) and client representatives to effectively support daily operations, including addressing urgent issues as they arise.

The individual in this position will manage the overall client relationship and act as the primary liaison for the Company.

The role demands a comprehensive understanding of our products and the governing client agreements, facilitating the execution of client and Company initiatives, and assisting in delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

The position will report to the Senior VP of Operations and collaborate with the Senior VP of Business Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the project management team to ensure the successful execution of projects, including the resolution of urgent issues

Oversee client contracts to ensure all contractual obligations are met effectively

Identify challenges as they arise and work with company stakeholders to develop timely and collaborative resolution strategies

Identify and pursue new opportunities to address client needs and align with company sales objectives

Prepare proposals and commercial quotes for new or emergent projects

Provide accurate and regular forecasts of bookings

Report weekly activities to management

Provide insights on competitive activities and new market opportunities to management

Position our organization as a trusted Alliance Partner through transparent, constructive, and effective interactions with key client representatives

Support key corporate objectives related to project implementation and delivering solutions to ensure Holtec is recognized as the client's preferred supplier and long-term Alliance Partner

Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of all Holtec products

Maintain oversight of project status (schedule, quality, and cost) as necessary

Lead cross-functional teams in preparation for client interactions

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate client meetings

Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, contract requirements, and applicable standards

Approve design modifications, specifications, engineering analyses, and drawings

Perform additional duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in the Nuclear Power industry, preferably in project execution, project management, or business development

BS Degree in a Science-related field or equivalent experience

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred

Experience in expanding and enhancing the company's role in supporting specific clients

Knowledge of Dry Storage of used nuclear fuel preferred

Familiarity with heat transfer equipment preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good business development acumen

Ability to resolve complex technical and commercial challenges

Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status

Must be able to gain and maintain unescorted access at a Nuclear Power facility

Proficient in using a computer for word processing and spreadsheet operations

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal personnel

Ability to work independently towards achieving goals

Willingness to travel to Entergy plants (25% travel)
