Job Title: Athletic Trainer

Job Summary:

Kettering Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our Sports Medicine team. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing care to individuals with orthopedic problems associated with athletic injuries, trauma, and disease process. You will work closely with the referral source to develop injury prevention programs for athletes on the field and in the clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care to individuals with orthopedic problems associated with athletic injuries, trauma, and disease process.
  • Develop injury prevention programs for athletes on the field and in the clinic.
  • Work closely with the referral source to ensure effective care and treatment.
  • Responsible for keeping the sports medicine physical therapist updated as to how patients are responding to treatment and documenting this data as it relates to the goals of the plan of care.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Current licensure from the Ohio OT, PT and AT Board.


Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with varied hours, weekends, holidays, and evenings required. Compensation details: 25.85-30.24.
