Business Development Specialist

At Eastridge Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving new business development in their designated market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the customers' business needs and be able to deliver a sales solution to meet their staffing requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and lead generation through research and cold calling
- Securing new business through sales appointments, relationship building, and networking
- Determining customer need through solutions selling
- Creating relationships with prospects and customers through networking and public relations activities
- Partnering with sales professionals and business partners to uncover potential business opportunities
