Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your designated market. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
1+ years of B2B sales experience
Hunter mentality and desire to close new business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
