Job Description

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Team Manager. Additionally, they will assist the Marketing team with events and other marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including setting up PowerPoint presentations
  • Support the branch with various tasks, such as gifting ideas and event planning
  • Collaborate with the branch manager and team to support daily marketing and branch operations

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varying workload
