Job Title: Executive Assistant/Department Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
* Assist with departmental events, meetings, and presentations
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve marketing goals

Requirements:

* 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation software
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
