Job Title: Executive Assistant/Department Coordinator

At Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant/Department Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports directly to the SVP/Chief Marketing Officer.

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant/Department Coordinator provides executive support to the SVP/CMO and the Marketing Department. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the SVP/CMO calendar of appointments, meetings, and other obligations to ensure completeness and accuracy at all times.
  • Assist with the Marketing Department's day-to-day administration, including department event planning, department on-boarding, department dashboards, and reporting.
  • Understand and maintain complete confidentiality with matters relating to executives and day-to-day office operations.
  • Screen phone calls, convey messages, and ensure messages are complete, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain executive files on a regular basis.
  • Schedule and maintain travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate details for meetings, including securing room locations, ordering food and beverages, arranging A/V and conferencing services, and escorting guests.
  • Assist in securing and delivering tickets for outside clients and vendors as requested.
  • Occasionally provide administrative support for marketing projects and programs.
  • Curate presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with department KPI tracking.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • General knowledge of office protocol, function, and administration.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Understanding and proficiency in presentation software programs.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to quickly move from one project to another.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to successfully communicate professionally with internal and external customers, vendors, and others.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Four to six years' experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $50,000.
  • Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health savings account, flexible spending plans, 401K plan, and 12 paid company holidays.
