Job Summary

Internet2 is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Community Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, preparing executive correspondence, and performing office management duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the VP's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of appointments.
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide research support and prepare background information for meetings and interactions with external parties.
  • Perform office management duties, including facilities management, supply inventory, and technical support.
  • Plan and conduct meetings, both in-person and virtually.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Manage and track critical and confidential matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or advanced professional administrative experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level teams.
  • 3 years of complex international and multi-time zone calendar management.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and self-directed with ability to multitask and respond to unexpected demands.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record in working within a complex and dynamic organization.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite, databases, calendaring, and email software.
  • Ability to communicate to a broad and diverse community with diplomacy and customer service orientation.
