Role Summary:
The Visa Money Movement Solutions (MMS) Global Accounts Group is dedicated to managing top-tier global accounts that drive significant revenue across our diverse range of products and services. Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their needs are met through collaboration with various internal teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring that agreements are advantageous for both clients and the organization.
  • Enhance client retention by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving client services, driving sales growth, and effectively managing client portfolios.
  • Utilize reporting tools to monitor progress, assess performance, and guide future strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client expectations.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. Employees are expected to be present in the office for a set number of days each week, as determined by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of five years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least three years of experience; or a total of eight years of directly related experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • At least three years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent critical thinking abilities to effectively resolve issues that may arise with client accounts.
  • A solid understanding of Visa's money movement products and services is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or a willingness to learn new technologies is preferred.

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional travel and will be conducted in an office environment, necessitating the ability to sit, stand, and communicate effectively.
