Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain ongoing communication with them.
- Generate renewal business from our current and past clients through proactive outreach.
- Consistently close renewal business at or above target levels.
- Identify and pitch to eligible accounts.
- Keep clients informed about their eligibility status.
- Manage client expectations based on performance metrics and funding strategies.
- Facilitate the necessary documentation for securing new capital and liaise with all relevant parties.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
- Work closely with our Broker Channel regarding eligible accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a focus on high-volume communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure effective follow-up.
- Proven track record of meeting monthly or quarterly sales quotas.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable conducting business via phone communication.
- Articulate and well-spoken individual.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Financial experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
