Your Role

As a Commercial Client Relationship Specialist, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
  • Generate renewal business through proactive outreach to past and current clients.
  • Prospect and present solutions to eligible accounts.
  • Set realistic expectations for clients based on performance metrics.
  • Facilitate necessary documentation for securing new capital.
  • Collaborate with our Broker Channel on eligible accounts.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, particularly in high-volume communication environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Comfort with conducting business over the phone.
  • Financial experience is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
