Position Summary: This role offers the chance to engage with a vibrant community while fostering enduring client partnerships. The Client Relationship Executive will oversee a portfolio valued between $1.5 - $2 million, with an annual sales target of $600k—$800k. Responsibilities include nurturing existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of landscape maintenance, a strong sales acumen, and a track record of surpassing performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and sustain robust relationships with a varied client base, including residential associations, healthcare facilities, hospitality sectors, commercial offices, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
  • Sales Development: Actively seek and promote landscape enhancement services to current clients, achieving designated sales objectives.
  • Contract Oversight: Ensure adherence to contract terms, manage renewals, and address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and effective cost management.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to evaluate service quality and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring transparent and efficient communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the operations team to guarantee seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ relevant software to manage client information, monitor sales progress, and generate analytical reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, business management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in landscape maintenance, account management, or a similar field, with a proven sales and relationship management record.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of landscape maintenance techniques, plant species, and industry best practices.
  • Other: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
