Food Management Search is a prominent provider in the realm of deposition and legal support services, specializing in areas such as Court Reporting, Transcription, Trial Services, and Remote Depositions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee all sales initiatives within designated accounts or territories, which encompasses both acquiring new business and managing existing client relationships. (Emphasis on client service)

· Ensure the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

· Actively pursue new leads and referrals stemming from field activities and various lead generation channels.

· Demonstrate the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

· Manage account services through quality assurance checks and consistent follow-up.

· Enhance professional and technical expertise by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.

· Participate in marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Local travel to engage with current and prospective clients is necessary. A valid state driver's license must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

· Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional overnight travel is required.

· Proven experience in selling to the legal sector, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance firms. Familiarity with court reporting and deposition services is highly advantageous, along with an established network of contacts.

· Proficient in CRM systems, Reporter Base 8, or other legal database software.

· A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is mandatory, with a college degree preferred.
