Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of our studio, including financial management, client scheduling, and record-keeping.

  • Inventory and Equipment Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Financial Management: Record and update financial information, collect patient charges, and process third-party claims.

  • Staff Management: Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews, ensuring our team is aligned with our studio's goals and objectives.

  • Compliance: Ensure our studio's policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and government regulations.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Human Resources is preferred.

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service and finance is required.

  • Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, ADP, Aesthetic Records, PocketSuite, Excel, Word, and Google Drive.

  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and writing skills, team-oriented, friendly interpersonal skills, business-minded, and attention to detail.

  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs, sit for extended periods, and walk up and down stairs.
