We are collaborating with a senior living organization seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RN) to oversee operations in a full-time capacity. This is a management-level role that involves travel, with mileage reimbursement and travel expenses covered through a reimbursement package.

Compensation: Salary - $130,000 per year, plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the coordination of the resident care department within a designated community, ensuring compliance with community, corporate, and state-specific regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the community in managing budgeted labor hours, achieving appropriate revenue targets, fulfilling scheduling requirements, and streamlining the move-in process while minimizing resident turnover.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate staff performance evaluations in alignment with facility policies.
  • Promote a positive team environment within the community, collaborating with the Executive Director, nursing staff, sales and marketing personnel, engagement teams, housekeeping, and dining services.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania is required, or willingness to obtain the necessary state license.
  • Applicants must be at least 25 years old and possess a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in senior care and supervisory management. Proven leadership skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management systems.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Must be knowledgeable about senior care, particularly for individuals with dementia, in accordance with facility policies and current state and local standards. The ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations is crucial.
