Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current California CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing setting (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
