Position Overview:We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee our community operations. This role presents a significant opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the Senior Housing sector.
As an Executive Director, you will:
- Manage and operate the community in alignment with the standards set by the Owners/Board of Directors and applicable laws.
- Communicate and embody a clear, resident-centered vision of care.
- Build and nurture relationships within the local community to drive business and enhance market position.
- Implement effective external business development strategies to maximize referrals and resident move-ins.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate resident administrative files.
- Achieve financial targets to maximize returns for capital partners.
- Oversee all departments, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to the approved Operating Budget.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and managing daily operations.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Proven success in managing operating expenses.
- Administrator License/certification.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
