We are collaborating with a senior living organization seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RN) to oversee operations in a full-time capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Compensation: Salary - $130,000 per year, plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the management of the resident care department, ensuring adherence to community, corporate, and state regulations.
- Support the facility in optimizing labor hours, enhancing revenue streams, and managing the resident transition process effectively.
- Assist in the recruitment process and monitor staff performance in alignment with facility policies.
- Promote a collaborative team environment, engaging with various departments including nursing, sales, marketing, and dining services.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, or willingness to obtain the necessary state license
- Minimum age of 25 with at least two years of experience in senior care and supervisory roles. Proven leadership skills are essential.
- Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with knowledge of dementia care standards and emergency response protocols.
