Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Executive Director to oversee our community operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and operations of the community, ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Owners/Board of Directors and applicable laws.
- Articulate and exemplify a customer-centric vision, centered around a resident-focused care model.
- Establish and nurture relationships within the local community to drive business and enhance revenue growth.
- Implement a robust external business development strategy with clear accountability and measurable results.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of state regulations and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all resident administrative files are accurately maintained and compliant with state regulations.
- Achieve financial objectives aimed at maximizing returns for capital partners.
- Possess functional knowledge of all operational programs, including memory care, clinical services, dining, and social activities.
- Prepare and manage the community budget, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Review financial statements monthly and develop action plans for any identified deficiencies.
- Manage non-labor operating costs effectively in line with budgetary expectations.
- Process and submit monthly expenses and budget data in accordance with internal controls.
- Meet or exceed expectations for net operating income (NOI) and occupancy rates.
- Oversee all departments, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with financial goals established in the approved budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
- Experience in management, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Proven success in managing operating expenses effectively.
- Administrator License/certification is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring confidence and motivating team members.
