About the Role

Cloverland is seeking a highly collaborative, organized, and experienced individual to join our Portfolio Team, assisting with the recruitment, evaluation, and management of our portfolio initiatives.

Our portfolio encompasses solutions across various sectors, including health and wellness, community engagement, and sustainable living practices.

We are looking for someone who can design impactful projects, manage deliverables and reporting, and provide strategic insights on portfolio initiatives.

The primary responsibility for this role will be to support the Directors of Innovation, focusing on our initiatives across the senior living sector.

The position will report to the Director of Innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Portfolio Management
- Directly support Cloverland initiatives; collaborate with team members to help achieve key milestones and facilitate relevant connections.
- Co-design and manage projects that are essential for our initiatives and community partners.
- Prepare for, schedule, participate in, and follow up on meetings with active and past project teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve inquiries related to Cloverland programs and events.
- Coordinate with the Portfolio and Finance teams on documentation and processing.
Pipeline Development
- Assist in crafting Cloverland's strategic approach and criteria for portfolio initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze potential opportunities, including market research and assessments.
- Work with the Pipeline team to target and engage top organizations in the sector.
- Support operationally in the evaluation and selection process, including correspondence and onboarding.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Support
- Collaborate with the Director of Innovation to track and synthesize trends in the sector to identify opportunities.
- As needed, support the team in presenting initiatives to our partners and stakeholders.
- Serve as a thought leader in the sector, representing Cloverland at relevant events and compiling materials for speaking engagements.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week. You may be asked to travel for work periodically.

The salary range for this role is competitive and based on market data and the organization's compensation philosophy.
