Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wellness Center, ensuring that all clinical and care services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow Up on Physicians' Orders: Follow up on physicians' orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers, and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care information.
- Provide Medication Administration: Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians' orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations, documenting as necessary.
- Ensure Resident Care and Service Plans: Ensure that resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing the tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers.
- Make Situational Decisions: Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner.
- Update and Review Resident Medical Records: Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
- Active LVN or LPN License: Active LVN or LPN license in the state where this community is located.
- CPR Certification: CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Effective Communication: Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work the defined schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations.
- Dependable and Self-Directed: Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong Leadership and Supervisory Abilities: Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams.
- Attention to Detail: Works with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail.
- Medication Management Experience: More than one year of medication management experience.
