About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager at Staples, Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering results-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months+ of relevant sales or account management experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
