Position Overview

In this role, you will oversee a dynamic inside sales team, focusing on the development and execution of effective sales strategies that align with market demands. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing team performance and achieving sales objectives while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the inside sales team, driving sales strategy and optimizing performance.
  • Establish and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Engage in customer account reviews and participate in relevant industry events.
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Perform audits to ensure alignment with business strategies and address any gaps.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage a remote sales team effectively.
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation for financial and career advancement.
  • Advanced skills in sales and negotiation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong management skills, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications.
  • A passion for recruiting and developing talented sales professionals.
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and team success.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
