Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee and enhance existing client accounts, focusing on driving sales growth and maximizing profit margins.
  • Assist clients through various communication channels, including virtual meetings and reviews.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients and their associated locations.
  • Effectively manage your portfolio through strategic productivity and pipeline oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Educate clients on our diverse product offerings and services, helping them consolidate their purchasing needs.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service consistently.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a sales or account management role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
