About the Role

Sourcing Square US is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our inside sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless operations across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Inside Sales Team: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the team/market, set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Track and Analyze Sales Data: Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement by tracking and analyzing market/team sales data.
  • Coach and Mentor Sales Team: Consistently coach, develop, and hold sales team members accountable for executing selling processes, strategies, and initiatives with quality and efficiency.
  • Provide Performance Reports: Regularly provide performance reports and insights to senior management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Ability to efficiently manage a remote team with limited sales experience, driven by both financial and career opportunities.
  • Advanced Selling and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong management skills for sales personnel optimization, and advanced Salesforce users.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Passion for recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals, with a collaborative mindset that brings ideas and solutions together to ensure successful team and customer outcomes.
