About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager at Staples Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and achieve profit margins by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve profit margins through strategic account management and relationship building.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal business partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with customers through various channels to educate them on our products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or account management.
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
