Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Coordinator to assist our field teams. The pest management sector may not be what it appears; it is fundamentally a service-oriented industry focused on ensuring our clients' comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking, auditing, and uploading compliance documents and relevant records.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and mail.
  • Scanning, uploading, and maintaining digital personnel files for current and former employees.
  • Inputting driving record data into the HR information system and updating employee files accordingly.
  • Processing employment verification requests.
  • Assisting with HRIS and SSO password resets and providing system access guidance.
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems, including correspondence and records.
  • Conducting data entry for HRIS updates and special projects.
  • Monitoring and updating employee referral bonus programs and processing related payments.
  • Tracking I-9 documentation and expiration dates.
  • Managing office supplies for the HR department and coordinating restock orders.
  • Collaborating with the Print Shop to maintain and update employee photos in the HRIS.
  • Administering employee recognition programs and managing award distributions.
  • Facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Generating reports from the HRIS as required.
  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong reading and interpretation skills for policy and procedure documents.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in various settings.
  • Some familiarity with human resources operations, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • A friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid-remote capacity and participate in office events.
