Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Guide and develop business partners in performance management and talent enhancement.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of various training programs aligned with business objectives and corporate goals.
- Manage daily employee relations and conduct preliminary investigations into employee grievances and policy breaches, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and relevant federal/state regulations.
- Work alongside our Talent Acquisition team to monitor and report on open roles and manage the requisition process for internal transitions.
- Research and respond to initial unemployment inquiries and coordinate notifications for upcoming hearings.
- Utilize analytical skills to gather and interpret data, narrate the findings, and provide recommendations based on trends and insights.
- Develop essential communication materials, including presentations and employment-related correspondence.
- Travel may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement depending on experience and skills.
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
- Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
