Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop business partners in performance management and talent development.
  • Assist in creating and facilitating various training programs aligned with business needs and corporate objectives.
  • Manage daily employee relations and conduct initial investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and applicable federal/state laws.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor open positions and manage the requisition process for internal transfers.
  • Research and respond to initial unemployment requests for data and coordinate upcoming hearings.
  • Utilize analytical skills to gather and synthesize data, narrate insights, and formulate recommendations based on trends.
  • Develop essential communication materials, including presentations and employment-related correspondence.
  • Travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement depending on experience and skills.
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • Experience in leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects requiring strong stakeholder engagement.
