Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Coaching and developing business partners in performance management and talent enhancement.
  • Facilitating various training initiatives aligned with business needs and corporate objectives.
  • Managing daily employee relations and conducting initial investigations into employee grievances and alleged policy breaches, escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and relevant federal/state regulations.
  • Working alongside our Talent Acquisition team to monitor and report on open positions, ensuring accurate job postings and facilitating internal mobility.
  • Researching and responding to initial unemployment data requests and coordinating upcoming hearings.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to gather and interpret data, providing insights and recommendations based on trends.
  • Creating essential communication materials, including presentations and employment-related correspondence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement dependent on experience and skills.
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick leave), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
