Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Coaching and developing business partners in performance management and talent enhancement.
- Facilitating various training initiatives aligned with business needs and corporate objectives.
- Managing daily employee relations and conducting initial investigations into employee grievances and alleged policy breaches, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborating with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and relevant federal/state regulations.
- Working alongside our Talent Acquisition team to monitor and report on open positions, ensuring accurate job postings and facilitating internal mobility.
- Researching and responding to initial unemployment data requests and coordinating upcoming hearings.
- Utilizing analytical skills to gather and interpret data, providing insights and recommendations based on trends.
- Creating essential communication materials, including presentations and employment-related correspondence.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement dependent on experience and skills.
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick leave), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
- Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
