  • Work alongside HR, Operations Leaders, and Data Management to define business requirements for reporting and analytical tools, preparing to communicate analysis and forecast business decisions or actions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Operations Leaders and HR Leadership colleagues regarding the efficient and effective delivery of HR products and services, escalating issues to HR leadership teams as appropriate.
  • Partner with Recruiting to devise business-driven workforce planning strategies and participate in the interview, selection, and offer process for select Executive-level searches.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of HR-related experience.
