Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Coaching and developing business partners in performance management and talent development.
- Facilitating various training initiatives aligned with business requirements and corporate objectives.
- Managing daily employee relations and conducting initial investigations into complaints and policy violations.
- Collaborating with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and applicable laws.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor open positions and manage the requisition process for internal transfers.
- Researching and responding to unemployment requests and coordinating upcoming hearings.
- Utilizing analytical skills to gather and interpret data, providing insights and recommendations based on trends.
- Creating essential communication materials, such as presentations and employment-related correspondence.
- Travel may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement depending on experience and skills.
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
- Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
- The ability to align HR strategies with business goals, designing and implementing policies for continuous improvement.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovative solution implementation.
- Skill in navigating ambiguity in a complex, rapidly changing business landscape.
- The capacity to transition seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Prioritization of impactful work amidst competing demands.
- Experience in fostering positive employee and labor relations in distribution or manufacturing settings.
- Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects requiring strong stakeholder management.
