Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Coaching and developing business partners in performance management and talent development.
  • Facilitating various training initiatives aligned with business requirements and corporate objectives.
  • Managing daily employee relations and conducting initial investigations into complaints and policy violations.
  • Collaborating with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and applicable laws.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor open positions and manage the requisition process for internal transfers.
  • Researching and responding to unemployment requests and coordinating upcoming hearings.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to gather and interpret data, providing insights and recommendations based on trends.
  • Creating essential communication materials, such as presentations and employment-related correspondence.
  • Travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement depending on experience and skills.
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Successful candidates will also demonstrate:

  • The ability to align HR strategies with business goals, designing and implementing policies for continuous improvement.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovative solution implementation.
  • Skill in navigating ambiguity in a complex, rapidly changing business landscape.
  • The capacity to transition seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Prioritization of impactful work amidst competing demands.
  • Experience in fostering positive employee and labor relations in distribution or manufacturing settings.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects requiring strong stakeholder management.
