Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop business partners in performance management and talent development.
  • Assist in creating and facilitating training initiatives aligned with business needs and corporate objectives.
  • Manage daily employee relations and conduct initial investigations into complaints and policy violations, escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and applicable laws.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor open positions and manage the requisition process for internal transfers.
  • Research and respond to unemployment requests and coordinate upcoming hearings.
  • Utilize analytical skills to gather and interpret data, providing insights and recommendations based on trends.
  • Develop communication materials such as presentations and employment-related correspondence.
  • Travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $59,000 - $99,000, with actual placement depending on experience and skills.
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • The ability to align HR strategies with business goals, implementing policies and procedures that enhance productivity and HR functions.
  • A proactive approach to creating innovative solutions that add value.
  • Capability to navigate complex and rapidly changing business environments.

  • Experience in fostering positive employee and labor relations in large, diverse workforces.
