Key Responsibilities- Process new hire paperwork, background checks, and I-9/E-Verify
- Coordinate status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and other personnel actions
- Keep personnel records up to date
- Assist with hospital recognition programs and provide general HR support to employees
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired
- Strong communication skills
- General office and/or personnel-related experience required
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Microsoft Office skills required
