**Job Summary**

The Center for New Beginnings is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healing and hope to families through therapy. As our **Chief Executive Officer**, you will be the hands and feet of Jesus, leading and managing our organization to achieve our mission and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish operations that align with the organization's culture and mission and vision.
  • Provide leadership in the ministry aspect of the Center for staff and client families.
  • Direct management oversight of the Director of Operations and Clinical Director who are leading the administrative and clinical teams.
  • Develop annual operating and program budgets in alignment with the organization's needs.
  • Manage the organization's financial position to mitigate risk and ensure financial accountability to the community.
  • Identify, recruit, train, and develop a talented team of employees who can lead critical departments and manage strategic business functions.
  • Develop and monitor company operations to ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define a strategic plan, setting the direction of the organization to achieve long-term goals.
  • Develop fundraising strategies and build relationships with donors and funders.
  • Develop and maintain an effective donor management process to retain donors.
  • Oversee the grant writing process to ensure the delivery of meaningful programs and consistent tracking of demographic data, outcomes metrics, and survey results.
  • Develop a comprehensive PR strategy to align with the organization's overall goals.
  • Promote the organization at community events and through public speaking engagements.
  • Develop and oversee staff professional development both clinically and administratively.
**Qualifications**
  • Minimum five years experience managing a department or office, or relatable experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and related work experience required.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides required.
  • Associate's Degree in business, human resources, accounting/other relatable or clinical field preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Practicing clinician with at least 3 years of experience working with different populations preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret clinical reports in the field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analyst Certification Board's codes, rules, and standards preferred.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, billing and claims, medical coding, medicaid and private insurance, sliding scale, write-offs, credentialing and authorizations preferred.

  • High level of personal motivation and ability to anticipate the needs of the organization.
**Work Schedule**

Monday - Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed. Position requires in-person hours at least 3 days a week, with minimal remote work not to exceed 16 hours per week unless necessary.
