We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Director to lead our All Ways Caring HomeCare branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue growth, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and service professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every client receives exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial statements, identify areas for cost savings, and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce expenses.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them and ensure the branch's financial stability.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a sales or service-oriented role.
  • 1+ years of experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel, internal and external.
  • Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
  • BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience.
